Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for a Business Analyst. The Business Analyst is responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements, identifying opportunities for process improvements, and delivering data-driven insights. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders to understand their business needs, creating comprehensive business reports, and supporting the implementation of effective solutions to achieve organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze business data related to operations, sales, service performance, insurance claims, and franchise performance
  • Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and weekly/monthly performance summaries
  • Identify trends, gaps, and improvement areas in customer journeys and operational workflows
  • Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into business insights
  • Support management in strategic planning, forecasting, and budgeting
  • Track KPIs and SLAs for operations, service centers, and field teams
  • Assist in process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and cost efficiency
  • Coordinate with IT/Product teams for system enhancements and data accuracy
  • Ensure data integrity and standardization across reports

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, PowerPoint, Power BI / Tableau
  • Good understanding of business processes and data modeling
  • Ability to interpret large datasets and present insights clearly
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Must be good at Qualitative and Quantitative Analysis.
  • Must be good at Presentation making and delivering
  • Need to find a way to automate reports or maintain existing reports.
  • Experience in automobile, vehicle service, insurance, or franchise-based businesses is a plus
