Job Description
The
Business Analyst Proposal and Sales (Canada) plays a key role in enabling the success of our Canada-based Proposal and Sales team by managing and advancing digital lead and opportunity workflows within
Oracle and supporting
R&D tax credit (SR&ED) processes. This role involves maintaining strong communication with digital leaders, the R&D tax credit team, and project managers to ensure that new digital leads and opportunities are accurately captured, assessed, and documented. The Business Analyst will identify opportunities with digital components, enter and maintain related data in Oracle, and support SR&ED compliance by identifying eligible projects and managing associated documentation. This position requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to supporting business development activities across multiple stakeholder groups.
This role will be based in the
Noida/ Bengaluru office.
Responsibilities
RESPONSIBILITIES
Digital lead and opportunity management (Oracle)
- Identify and maintain digital leads, opportunities, and projects through regular discussions with digital leaders across the business.
- Enter new digital leads into Oracle.
- Identify which opportunities in Oracle have digital components.
- Enter new digital opportunities into Oracle.
R&D tax credit (SR&ED) support
- Enter R&D tax credit opportunities through regular discussions with the R&D tax credit team and project managers.
- Identify projects that may have SR&ED eligibility.
- Maintain documentation of SR&EDeligible projects.
Key Competencies / Skills
- 5+ years of experience in a relevant role
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Engineering,
- Digital and Analytical Capability
- Ability to identify, assess, and track digital leads, opportunities, and projects by engaging with digital leaders across the business.
- Strong analytical skills to distinguish opportunities with digital components and ensure their accurate categorization in Oracle.
- Oracle Proficiency and Data Management
- Proficiency in using Oracle or similar CRM/ERP platforms to enter and maintain digital leads and opportunities.
- High attention to detail and data integrity when managing opportunity records and project documentation.
- SR&ED / R&D Tax Credit Understanding
- Ability to understand and identify SR&EDeligible projects through consistent collaboration with project managers and the R&D tax credit team.
- Strong documentation skills to maintain complianceready SR&ED project files.
- Stakeholder Collaboration and Communication
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to maintain regular discussions with digital leaders, the R&D tax team, and project managers.
- Coordination and Workflow Management
- Proactive coordination skills to manage ongoing digital lead workflows and SR&ED processes.
- Attention to Detail and Documentation Excellence
- Keen eye for accuracy in documentation of digital opportunities and SR&EDeligible projects.
- Ability to maintain structured records that support audits, reporting, and compliance requirements.
Qualifications
BGV:
