Business Analyst

Job Description:

• Work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather and translate requirements within the mortgage and real estate domain into effective system solutions.
• Administer and configure Encompass (Mortgage LOS), including workflows, business rules, forms, and system settings to align with business needs.
• Design and implement business workflows within the Loan Origination System (LOS) to support end-to-end mortgage processes including origination, processing, underwriting, and closing.
• Analyze business requirements and provide functional and technical solutions, including troubleshooting system issues and ensuring optimal system performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across banking and financial services to support system enhancements, integrations, and data flow.
• Engage with clients and stakeholders through clear communication, requirement discussions, and solution presentations, ensuring strong client relationship management.
• Utilize technical skills (e.g., APIs, data mapping, basic scripting, or integrations) to support system enhancements, customizations, and third-party integrations.
