Job Description

  • Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform.
  • Research, suggest and implement new technology solutions following best practices/standards.
  • Take responsibility for the resiliency and availability of different products.
  • Be a productive member of the team.

Requirements

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Salesforce Commerce Cloud initiatives and projects.
  • Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications in collaboration with stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Work closely with SFCC developers, QA teams, architects, and product owners throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct requirement workshops, gap analysis sessions, business process mapping, and solution discussions.
  • Support end-to-end eCommerce implementations, platform enhancements, and third-party integrations.
  • Create and maintain user stories, BRDs, FRDs, process flows, use cases, and acceptance criteria documentation.
  • Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities and ensure deliverables align with business expectations and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, merchandising, operations, and customer experience teams.
  • Analyze customer journeys, checkout processes, promotions, campaigns, and catalog management workflows to improve overall user experience.
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Strong experience as a Business Analyst within Salesforce ecosystem projects.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC/B2C Commerce).
  • Good understanding of eCommerce business processes, digital commerce operations, and customer experience workflows.
  • Expertise in requirement gathering, stakeholder management, business process analysis, and documentation.
  • Knowledge of SFCC functionalities including catalog management, promotions, campaigns, customer journeys, and checkout flows.
  • Understanding of integrations with payment gateways, OMS, CRM systems, and third-party applications.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
  • Strong analytical thinking, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Salesforce or Salesforce Commerce Cloud certifications preferred.
  • Exposure to Salesforce Sales Cloud or Service Cloud is an added advantage.
  • Basic understanding of APIs, system integrations, and web technologies.
  • Experience working within retail or eCommerce industry environments.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience supporting global eCommerce implementations and multi-region commerce operations.
  • Knowledge of SEO, digital commerce analytics, and customer engagement strategies.
  • Experience working within offshore/onshore delivery models and distributed global teams.
