Job Description

Business Analyst supporting web, mobile, and omni-channel e-commerce platforms. Acts as a bridge between business and technical teams, handling requirements, issue analysis, and platform improvements.

Responsibilities

Gather and document requirements (BRD, user stories).
Analyze and troubleshoot production issues (web, mobile, and admin).
Coordinate with tech teams for issue resolution.
Support integrations (APIs, payment gateways, inventory systems).
Participate in testing (functional and UAT).
Monitor platform performance and improve user experience.
Track tasks, maintain documentation, and provide stakeholder updates.

Requirements

Experience in e-commerce / digital platforms.
Understanding of APIs and system integrations.
Knowledge of web, Android, and iOS platforms.
Experience in production support and troubleshooting.
Familiarity with GA4 / analytics tools.
Strong communication and stakeholder management.

Good To Have

Team handling experience.
Knowledge of SEO and conversion metrics.
Ability to manage multiple projects.
