Business Analyst

• The ideal person will be a business analyst with excellent communication skills that has worked on either a production team or in a marketing department

• Identifies and recommends operational improvement opportunities through reporting, process and trend analysis.

• Develops ad-hoc reports for data analysis to support initiatives.

• Use Cases within Visio Work with business users and IT to identify, gather, analyze, and document business system requirements for correspondence templates

• Document current work flow processes and collaborate with users in identifying, defining, and documenting process improvement options and alternatives, as directed by business needs.

• Perform and document Gap Analysis with previous version of templates Take steps to solve any production issues

• Candidate should have strong analytics, preferably communication skills
