Job Summary-
The Business Specialist at HCL is responsible for data analysis, business analysis, and Agile methodology within the organization. The role involves analyzing data, identifying business needs, and executing projects using Agile methodologies to drive strategic initiatives forward.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct data analysis to gather insights and make data driven recommendations for business improvement.
2. Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
3. Utilize agile methodology to manage projects, prioritize tasks, and deliver results within designated timelines.
4. Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals and effectively communicate project progress.
5. Support in the implementation of business strategies by providing analytical support and contributing to decision-making processes.
6. Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements through data analysis and business acumen.
Skill Requirements: -
Primary: Agile BA, User Stories & AC, Stakeholder management, AI-assisted documentation using Claude
Secondary: Insurance domain, Process modeling, Integration awareness.
1. Proficient in data analysis techniques, tools, and methodologies to extract meaningful insights from complex datasets.
2. Strong business analysis skills to understand and document business requirements with clarity and precision.
3. Handson experience with agile methodology, including scrum or kanban, to drive project execution and delivery.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with stakeholders and team members.
5. Ability to think critically and problem solve to address business challenges with innovative solutions.
