What You'll Be Doing

• Engage directly with clients and stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements
• Prepare structured documentation — BRDs, SRS, functional specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal engineering teams, ensuring nothing gets lost in translation
• Collaborate with designers on wireframes, mockups, and product flows using Figma
• Manage user stories, tasks, and workflows on JIRA
• Drive requirement alignment through the entire SDLC
• Actively participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies — Sprint Planning, Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Grooming
• Partner with Product Owners on backlog prioritization and requirement clarity
• Validate delivered features in demos against real business expectations
• Leverage AI tools to sharpen documentation quality, analysis, and day-to-day productivity

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of Business Analyst experience in an IT Software Services environment
• Hands-on experience creating BRDs, SRS, functional specifications, and user stories
• Strong working knowledge of JIRA and Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Experience collaborating with UI/UX teams using Figma
• Excellent communication skills — equally comfortable talking to clients and engineers
• A natural problem-solver who asks the right questions before jumping to solutions
• Open to using AI tools to work smarter, not harder

Nice to Have

• Exposure to project estimation and effort tracking
• Basic understanding of APIs and system integrations
• Experience with international clients or distributed teams
