Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Define and refine functional and technical specifications for web and mobile solutions.
• Work closely with various teams like - UI/UX designers, developers, and QA teams to ensure successful implementation.
• Develop user stories, wireframes, process flows, and business models.
• Manage project scope, change requests, and stakeholder expectations.
• Assist in testing, validation, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to improve product offerings.
• Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.

Required Skills Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT software, specifically in web and mobile solutions.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Scrum methodologies.
• Experience in requirement gathering, business process modeling, and stakeholder management.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear technical requirements.
• Proficiency in documentation tools, wireframing tools, and project management tools.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Create and manage key project documentation, including:

• RFPs, RFQs
• Business Requirement Documents (BRD)
• Functional Requirement Documents (FRD)
• Data Flow Diagrams (DFD)
• User Stories with Acceptance Criteria
• Definition of Done (DoD)
• Wireframes and Prototypes
