Key Responsibilities:
- Client Requirement Evaluation:
- Engage directly with prospective clients to understand their business needs and pain points.
- Conduct detailed requirement gathering, including use case mapping and gap analysis.
- Product Mapping & Solution Fit:
- Analyze client requirements and map them accurately to product features and workflows.
- Proactively identify product fit, limitations, and potential workarounds independently.
- Self-led Product Demonstrations:
- Own the end-to-end demo process: preparation, customization, delivery, and follow-up.
- Tailor demos to highlight the most relevant product features based on client context and objectives.
- Conversion Optimization:
- Track demo-to-closure performance; continuously optimize demo delivery based on feedback and outcomes.
- Analyze lost opportunities to identify trends and improve engagement strategy.
- Client & Product Team Collaboration:
- Act as the voice of the client to the product team, sharing structured feedback and feature enhancement ideas.
- Support product positioning and value articulation based on direct market interactions.
Key Requirements
- 4-8 years of experience in a pre-sales, business analysis, or client-facing product role.
- Strong ability to independently understand, assess, and interpret client requirements.
- Deep familiarity with B2B product workflows and the ability to present solutions without technical/engineering aid.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and demo delivery skills.
- Highly self-sufficient; comfortable managing end-to-end client engagements solo.
- Analytical mindset with an ability to connect product capabilities to business value.
- Proficiency in demo tools, documentation platforms, and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Notion, etc.).
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Primary OKR: Increase in Demo to Closure Conversion Percentage
- Reduction in sales cycle time from first demo to decision.
- Client satisfaction rating post-demo.
- Number of qualified demo sessions completed per quarter.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.

- Prior experience in a product-led or founder-led GTM environment.
