Job Description

Job Summary:

A dynamic and qualified individual to support the project on the specified business domain. Shall identify business areas that can be improved and comprehend business problems to provide solutions that will maximize its value to its stakeholders, increase efficiency and strengthen business processes. Should have good analytical skills which can make solution-oriented changes within an organization for overall efficiency improvement, process optimization, cost reduction, and identification of fresh business opportunities.

Key responsibilities:

**Provide subject expertise and guidance to IT developers during the software development life cycle. Oversee the development, testing, and implementation of technical solutions. Verify technical reference information, including user guides, training manuals, and system requirements.

**Should analyze and translate the Hospital's requirements distinctly. Shall assess multiple options before arriving at the aspired solution. Shall focus on gathering and understanding the Hospital's needs. Prioritize business requirements.

**Should be able to comprehend organization's goals, objectives and problems. Recognize business problems and come up with the most suited solution.

**Shall interpret the problem and find alternative business approaches.

**Should understand technologies (.Net or Java)

Qualification:

Essential: B.E., B Tech, M. Tech. in Electronics/ Computer Science/ Information Technology/ other streams or MCA from reputed Institution.

Desirable: Preference shall be given to those having qualifications or expertise or certifications in: - i) MBA or Masters in Statistics ii) R, Python, SAS and SPSS, etc. iii) Having additional qualifications or expertise or certifications or training or experience in Big Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning, Block Chain, etc. shall be considered as favourable. Expertise in following business domains such as Insurance, Benefit, Revenue, Health, HRMS, Finance, Business Data Analytics shall be considered as desirable added importance and preference shall be given.

Requirements:

**At least 8 years of experience working in the relevant area of expertise like Healthcare, Insurance, Revenue, Benefit, etc. with at least 02 years in the role of a Business Analyst.

Excellent recordkeeping, as well as written and verbal communication skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with senior-level management regarding the implementation of changes. Competence in writing reports and making presentations to highlight the effect of changes you made.

**Ability to determine operational objectives by studying business functions, gathering information, evaluating output requirements, construct workflow diagram and charts.

Strength in studying system capabilities, improve systems by studying Page | 11 current practices.

**The ability to work with colleagues and stakeholders to gain an in-depth understanding of critical business requirements. The ability to analyze data models to deliver logical conclusions, Develop innovative solutions for operational and strategic changes.

**Knowledge of database to work with structured data. In order to store and process this heavy data, should have a sound understanding of relational database. Shall have hands-on experience with SQL. Should have good knowledge in Excel to perform several calculations, summarize data by creating pivot tables, make different charts using Excel to generate dynamic reports related to a business problem.
