HealthProof is seeking an experienced Business Consultant with strong expertise in the Healthcare domain. The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical, communication, and consulting skills, and will work closely with business stakeholders to translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customer-side business users to understand, analyze, and clarify business requirements.
- Identify business problems, document requirements, and prioritize them based on client inputs.
- Perform Requirements Analysis and Management following industry best practices.
- Propose solution options, explain pros and cons, and support customers in finalizing the optimal approach.
- Create detailed User Stories with well-defined acceptance criteria.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong ability to identify and document both functional and non-functional requirements.
- In-depth understanding of Healthcare domain processes, with the ability to address detailed functional queries.
- Working knowledge of the HealthEdge platform and its features to enable effective requirement-to-feature mapping.
- Excellent written, verbal, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience
- 8+ years of experience in a Business Analyst / Business Consulting role.
- 5+ years of experience in the Healthcare domain.
- Overall experience: 10+ years, primarily within Healthcare.
- Location: Chennai, Trivandrum. Kochi
- Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days
