You will support the bank in achieving customer advocacy by eliciting, analysing, and documenting business and system requirements that link to the overall domain strategy. Key Responsibilities:
- Elicit, analyse, refine, and document functional and non-functional business requirements.
- Capture, validate, and translate business operations and objectives into clear requirements aligned with strategic principles.
- Support feature teams in writing business requirements, user stories, and epics using appropriate techniques.
- Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and assist platform/feature teams in executing test scenarios and cut-over activities.
- Interact with stakeholders and customers to obtain and document requirements for technology solutions.
- Analyze technical specifications to break down requirements into small, testable, and releasable elements.
