Role and Purpose: The successful candidate will take charge of developing analysis and reporting capabilities. You will source and analyse data to present to managers. You will liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure that data is properly understood and utilised towards better business outcomes. We are looking for a passionate individual who can turn data into information, information into insight and insight into business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for tracking, reporting, and analysing the performance of business activities and development and automation of regular reports as per business requirement.
- Preparing live dashboards and reports to enable relevant stakeholders including management to gain business insights and take important management decisions.
- Preparing reports on business trends and patterns and scientific predictions using data.
- Demonstrate high level of project management and problem-solving skills.
- Using tools to retrieve data from primary and secondary sources.
- Processing confidential data with guidance from the reporting manager.
- Training end users on reports and dashboards.
- Translate business requirements into layman's terms.
Desired Profile
- 3+ years of experience as a business or data analyst
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel (knowledge of analytics tools is a bonus)
- Logical and efficient with a keen eye for detail
- Highly energetic and self-motivated
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks under pressure
- Strong communication, time management, analytical and organizational skills
- Able to share ideas, recommendations and maintain good relationships with stakeholders
- Proactive, confident, and self-motivated individual
