Role Description
We are hiring for Performance Marketing Analysts, Consultants and Managers with hands-on experience on Blinkit, Swiggy, Zepto, Amazon, Flipkart and other e-commerce/ quick commerce performance marketing. She/He should have a good understanding of linking category and platform insights to performance marketing actions. The role will be very hands-on and will involve full ownership of execution of campaigns (including keyword harvesting, bid changes, report creation) using our automation tool.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic partner to clients, offering actionable insights and solutions to their complex business and operational challenges..
- Collaborate with product, tech, and business teams to deliver high-impact, insight-led outcomes.
- Understand business processes, data flows, tools, and technology to translate business needs into analytical solutions and provide data-backed recommendations
- Work across multiple client engagements, applying analytics, business storytelling, and project management skills.
- Manage end-to-end client relationships, including onboarding, communication,delivery and issue resolution.
- Collaborate on performance marketing strategies to boost ROI and campaign effectiveness
- Lead, mentor, and manage teams to ensure high performance and delivery excellence.
Requirements
- 1-5 years of experience in e-commerce performance marketing - esp Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit etc
- Experience in executing and optimizing performance marketing campaigns
- Proficiency in using marketing analytics tools and platforms
- Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights for performance improvement
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
