Job Description

We are seeking a Business Analyst to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and support the delivery of technology solutions. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills and can communicate effectively with business stakeholders and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather and document business and functional requirements through stakeholder interviews and workshops.
  • Create process flows, user stories, acceptance criteria, and requirements documents.
  • Identify process gaps and recommend improvements.
  • Collaborate with development and QA teams to clarify requirements.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect tracking, and business sign-off.
  • Maintain project documentation using Jira and Confluence.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of Business Analyst experience.
  • Experience with requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder management.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and the software development lifecycle.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Jira, and Confluence; SQL knowledge is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.
