We're Hiring: Senior Business Analyst | Cleared Derivatives (Futures & Options)

Location: Pune

Are you passionate about Capital Markets and Cleared Derivatives Back Office Operations We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our growing team and play a key role in delivering innovative solutions across post-trade processing and operational workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

Own and manage product backlog, requirement gathering, refinement, and prioritization
Collaborate with Product Owners, Development, and QA teams within Agile/Scrum environments
Drive business and functional requirements for cleared derivatives processing solutions
Work closely with stakeholders to resolve ambiguities and align business objectives
Support testing activities including Functional, Integration, and UAT testing
Analyze production issues and provide client support for timely resolution
Lead continuous improvement initiatives and mentor junior team members

Required Skills:

Strong experience in Cleared Derivatives (Futures & Options) Back Office Processing
Expertise in trade lifecycle, clearing, settlements, and reconciliation
Strong understanding of post-trade operations and financial products
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
Fluent English communication skills
Bachelor's degree in Economics, Mathematics, Finance, or related discipline

Nice to Have:

Experience in Agile/Scrum environments

Knowledge of programming or scripting languages

CFA certification (any level)

Agile certifications (CSM, CSPO, etc.)

Quantitative Finance certifications (IMQF or equivalent)
