We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Salesforce Business Analyst with 5
+years of hands-on experience in Salesforce implementations, insurance domai
nexpertise, and strong integration knowledge. This role requires translating comple
xbusiness requirements into Salesforce solutions, supporting integration projects acros
smultiple insurance platforms, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Th
eideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technica
lteams to optimize processes, improve efficiency, and drive measurable business value

Key Responsibiliti
es▪ Business Analysis & Requirement Gathering- Engage with business stakeholde
rsacross Sales, Service, Underwriting, Claims, Policy Administration, and Actuari
alteams to gather detailed requirement
s.▪ Conduct workshops, interviews, and process mapping sessions to docume
ntcurrent-state and future-state workflow
s.▪ Analyze gaps between business processes and system capabilities, a
ndrecommend process improvements leveraging Salesforce functionalit
y.▪ Translate complex business requirements into functional specifications, us
erstories, and acceptance criteria, ensuring alignment with business goal
s.▪ Ensure documentation adheres to internal standards, including traceability fr
omrequirements to deliver

Salesforce Expert
iseCreate and maintain detailed reports, dashboards, and analytics to supp

ns.▪ Collaborate with Salesforce Admins and Developers to design scalable

ns.▪ Configure and optimize Salesforce components such as Objects, Fields, Rec

ry.▪ Partner with QA and UAT teams to validate solutions meet requiremen

Integration & Data Manage
mentDocument integration requirements, data mappings, and transformation r
ulesto support middleware tools such as Mulesoft, Dell Boomi, or Informat

▪ Act as a liaison for integration initiatives between Salesforce and core insu
rancesystems such as Policy Administration Systems (PAS), Claims Manag
ementSystems (CMS), Underwriting Tools, Billing Systems, and external
dataprovi
ders.▪ Validate data flows, reconcile discrepancies, and ensure accurac
y andconsistency across integrated sys
tems.▪ Support large-scale data migration, cleansing, and enrichment initiatives
whilemaintaining compliance with insurance data regulat
ions.
Process Improvement & Optimiz
ation.▪ Ensure process optimization aligns with insurance regulations, comp
liancepolicies, and organizational gover
nance.▪ Identify opportunities to automate manual business processes using Sale
sforcedeclarative tools and integr
ations▪ Recommend best practices for workflow optimization, data governanc
e, andsystem
usage.▪ Assist in the evaluation of new Salesforce products or modules (CPQ,
FieldService Lightning, Marketing Cloud) to enhance business opera
tions.
Stakeholder Communication & T
rainingDevelop training materials, conduct workshops, and facilitate kn
owledgetransfer to business
users.▪ Serve as a primary point of contact for business stakeholders re
gardingSalesforce solutions, process improvements, and integration
updates▪ Maintain detailed documentation of processes, requirements, fun
ctionalspecifications, test cases, and post-implementation
guides.
Required Qualif
ications▪ 5+ years of Salesforce Business Analyst experience with exposure to
complexSalesforce envir
onments.▪ Strong insurance domain knowledge, including Policy Administration
, ClaimsManagement, Underwriting, and Regulatory Com
pliance.▪ Hands-on experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, an
d customobject deve
lopment.▪ Deep understanding of Salesforce integration strategies, APIs, middlew
are, anddata exchange with external
systems.▪ Expertise in creating detailed functional specifications, business
processdocumentation, and user
stories.▪ Experience in UAT management, testing coordination, and post-de
ployment
support.▪ Familiarity with declarative automation tools such as Salesfor
ce Flow,Validation Rules, and Process
Builder.▪ Knowledge of data governance, quality management, and co
mpliancerequirements specific to the insurance i
ndustry.
