Business Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of experience in analyzing business needs, gathering requirements, and providing data-driven insights to support strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements
• Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and strategy development
• Prepare detailed documentation, including business cases, process flows, and user stories
• Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates
• Monitor project progress and report on project status to stakeholders
• Assist in user acceptance testing and training of end-users

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
• 1-4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or Tableau
• Strong understanding of business processes and workflows
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools like JIRA or Trello
• Familiarity with database management and software development life cycle (SDLC)
