Experienced Business Analyst with strong documentation and conceptualization skills. Possesses in-depth functional knowledge of ecommerce platforms, portal development, APIs, SDKs, and integration. Well-versed in multiple systems/applications and peripherals, with expertise in Capital Markets.

Technology

In this role, you will work closely with the Compliance, Operations, Business, and Technology teams. You will conduct impact assessments, define and document business requirements by interpreting regulatory rule changes, and drive continuous improvements to transaction reporting, associated controls, and exception management processes. You will partner closely with Sydney while maintaining alignment with the London team. There will be regular calls to support stakeholders based in Sydney and London.

Roles & Responsibilities -

• Understand, draft, and finalize business requirements.
• Liaise with end customers, gather, and document requirements.
• Feature and story elicitation and elaboration
• Undertake product demos and provide sign offs.
• Assist IT team in solution design.
• Assist in Proposals and estimation.
• Coordinate with customers and internal stakeholders through the project life cycle
• Provide consulting advisory to PMs on project execution, risk, and mitigation aspects etc.

Primary Skills

• Seasoned Business Analyst with excellent documentation and conceptualization skills
• Excellent experience in Derivative domain and Capital Markets
• Solid understanding of financial markets, OTC derivatives, and transaction reporting
• In-depth functional knowledge of ecommerce platform
• Understanding of portal development, APIs, SDKs, and integration
• Multi system/application knowledge and its peripherals
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Secondary Skills

• Knowledge in Foreign Exchange market or at least in Investment banking
• Minimum 8 years experience
• Excellent presentation skills
• Experience in end-to-end platform implementations and application management is must.
• Good to have understanding of Java technologies, APIs, and SDKs
