About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Business Analyst to join our client's dynamic team. This is a full-time hybrid role, primarily based in Noida, with flexibility for some work-from-home days. The role offers an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge cross-platform solutions while collaborating closely with business and technical stakeholders to define requirements, optimize processes, and deliver impactful solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead requirement elicitation, documentation, and management activities to ensure clarity and alignment with business goals.
- Conduct business process evaluations by engaging with internal and external stakeholders, gathering and refining requirements.
- Interpret data, troubleshoot business challenges, evaluate alternatives, prepare business cases, and provide effective business solutions.
- Create reports, analyze trends, and share actionable insights with business partners and management.
- Communicate, facilitate, and negotiate with diverse stakeholders to align business and technical objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, document, and improve business processes across multiple functional areas.
- Mentor junior Business Analysts, support team development, resolve conflicts, and contribute to building high-performing teams.
- Recommend and implement process improvements, automation opportunities, and operational efficiencies, while monitoring project status to ensure deliverables are met on time and within scope.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years of Business Analyst experience, including requirements engineering and stakeholder management.
- Proven experience in Agile/Scrum environments; Scrum Master exposure is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record of providing data-driven business solutions.
- Technical proficiency with hands-on experience in product and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Azure DevOps, MS Project) and a solid understanding of SDLC models.
- Experience working on large-scale websites, platforms, and back-end services. Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
