Business Analyst

We are seeking a dynamic Business Analyst with domain expertise in AEC, Mechanical, Civil, and PLM systems. The ideal candidate will collaborate with clients and internal teams to design solutions that simplify complex engineering workflows and drive digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Elicit and document business requirements through client meetings, research, and data analysis.
• Work with stakeholders to define functional and non-functional requirements.
• Translate domain knowledge into actionable insights for software development teams.
• Contribute to product roadmap planning, solution design, and feature prioritization.
• Analyze existing workflows and propose process improvement and digital transformation strategies.
• Support testing, validation, and user acceptance activities to ensure solution alignment with business needs.

Requirements / Qualifications:

• B.Tech/M.Tech from a premier institute (IITs, NITs, or equivalent).
• 2–5 years of experience in AEC, Mechanical Design, Civil Engineering, or PLM domains.
• Strong understanding of CAD/BIM tools (e.g., Revit, SolidWorks) and/or PLM systems (e.g., Autodesk Fusion Manage).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
