Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced
Senior Business Analyst with strong BFSI domain expertise to join our Solution & Quality CoE. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in business requirements, process analysis, Agile delivery, stakeholder management, and end-to-end requirement ownership.
The candidate should have
minimum 3 years of BFSI experience and demonstrated experience independently managing requirements through the complete delivery lifecycle, from elicitation to UAT sign-off.
Key Responsibilities
- Elicit, analyse, validate, and document business requirements through stakeholder workshops and discussions.
- Prepare BRDs, FRDs/FSDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, use cases, and functional requirements.
- Create as-is and to-be process flows using BPMN/UML and tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, or draw.io.
- Perform impact analysis and effort estimation for change requests.
- Work closely with Product, Business, Development, and QA teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Support backlog grooming, prioritisation, sprint planning, and other Agile/Scrum ceremonies.
- Own requirements traceability (RTM) and support UAT planning, execution, and defect triage.
- Lead client-facing workshops and independently manage stakeholder expectations and escalations.
- Identify regulatory and compliance implications within the relevant BFSI domain.
- Contribute to product enhancements, continuous improvement, pre-sales, RFP responses, and solution documentation.
- Support standardisation of BA processes, documentation, templates, and best practices.
