This role will serve as a consultant and advisor to improve complex global business processes and services. The ideal candidate will lead business analysis efforts on strategic initiatives, delivering solutions to transform business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with global stakeholders to gather requirements and provide data-driven process improvements.
- Author business requirements and facilitate process review sessions.
- Ensure alignment and traceability between user needs, specifications, and validation.
- Work with product squads to deliver sprint milestones and functional deliverables.
- Liaise with internal and external teams to ensure proper documentation and implementation.
- Participate in sprint demos and manage feedback and gap documentation.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's in Engineering or Pharmaceutical discipline; MBA/MS/Agile certifications are a plus.
- 7+ years of experience in IT Business Analysis, preferably in multinational environments.
- Strong background in SDLC, validation, compliance, and agile delivery.
- Proficiency with tools like JIRA, Confluence, HPQC, BPMN, etc.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
