Role Overview:

The Business Analyst at Aikya Connect will be pivotal in supporting the Founder. This position offers a unique opportunity to work closely with decision-makers, manage high-impact projects, and contribute to the strategic growth of our network.

The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and intellectually curious about Single

Family Offices, wealth management, and emerging investment strategies. They should

have a strong interest in exploring new asset classes, global macro trends, and innovative growth programs that are shaping the future of investments.

The role demands high trust, discretion, and sharp analytical skills, with the ability to convert research into actionable insights and support leadership in building thought leadership and member engagement. Strong organisational and communication skills are essential to thrive in Aikya's fast-paced, high-stakes environment.

Qualifications & Skills

  • MBA / PGDM (Finance / Strategy / Business Analytics) from a reputed institute.
  • Master's in Economics / Finance / Investment Management for more profound subject expertise.
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably within investment, strategy, single-family offices or financial services sectors.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets; experience with data visualisation tools (Power BI, Tableau) are a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including stakeholder presentations and report writing.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment. High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity.
  • Interest in investment ecosystems, family offices, or private capital is advantageous. Postgraduate / Advanced Degrees (preferred)
