SANeForce is looking for a
Business Analyst with around 12 years of experience in
SaaS / CRM / product-based companies. The candidate will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, preparing functional documentation, and working closely with product, development, and QA teams to ensure successful product delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders
- Prepare BRD/FRD, user stories, and functional documents
- Coordinate with product and development teams for feature implementation
- Support testing and validation of product features
Required Skills
- 12 years experience as a Business Analyst
- Experience in SaaS / CRM / product-based environment
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Basic understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
