Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional and technical requirements
Translate business requirements into user stories, BRDs, FRDs, and acceptance criteria
Work closely with Salesforce developers, admins, and QA teams to ensure accurate implementation
Participate in Sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups in Agile environments
Perform gap analysis and propose optimal Salesforce-based solutions
Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) by preparing test scenarios and validating outcomes
Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of system processes and configurations
Assist in troubleshooting issues and providing functional support
Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams and ensure timely delivery
Create and manage test plans, test scenarios, and test cases.
Perform functional, integration, system, and regression testing for Salesforce applications.
Validate Salesforce functionalities including Standard and Custom Objects, Fields, Page Layouts, Validation Rules, and automation using Salesforce Flow (Flow Builder).
Test Lightning components, Apex functionality, and Visualforce pages.
Perform data validation and data integrity testing.
Validate integrations with external systems (APIs, middleware, ETL tools).
Execute end-to-end testing across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or other modules.
Log, track, and manage defects using tools like JIRA.
Support and coordinate UAT cycles and release validation.
Ensure quality of deployments, configuration changes, and metadata updates.
Maintain QA documentation including test results and defect reports.
Use AI-powered tools for requirement analysis, test case and data generation, test optimization, and AI-assisted defect analysis to improve quality and resolution time.
Ensure delivery with a focus on speed, clarity, and quality by effectively leveraging AI support.
Actively adopt AI-driven practices and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Minimum 1+ years of experience as a Business Analyst on Salesforce (SFDC) projects
Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator
Strong documentation and presentation skills
Strong understanding of Salesforce core functionalities:
Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud
Standard & custom objects, relationships
Reports and dashboards
Experience in:
