Senior Associate - Business Analyst

Job Summary: We are hiring a Senior Associate Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions. The ideal candidate will gather and analyze requirements, work closely with stakeholders, and support project delivery in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Elicit, analyze, and document detailed business requirements from stakeholders.
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and meetings to capture business needs.
- Develop business process models, use cases, workflows, and user stories.
- Collaborate with product owners, developers, and QA teams to ensure requirements are understood and implemented correctly.
- Identify gaps and propose improvements in business processes and solutions.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and assist in change management activities.
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Master's in business administration, Information Systems, or related discipline.
- 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
- Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies.
- Experience with requirement management tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical thinking with attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Knowledge of Agile and Scrum frameworks is highly desirable.
- Utilize AI-powered data analytics and natural language processing tools to extract insights and identify business trends.
- Incorporate AI-driven requirement gathering tools that leverage NLP to automatically convert stakeholder communications into structured user stories and requirements.
Education qualification : B.Tech/BE, MCA , MBA, M.Tech
