Physics Wallah's Offline Vidyapeeth team is growing fast, and we are looking for a highly analytical,

business-driven Business Analyst to partner closely with the team and drive data-led

decision-making. If you're passionate about converting data into strategy, improving student

outcomes, and driving centre-level performance, this opportunity is for you!

Key Responsibilities

Business Analytics & Reporting: Build and automate dashboards using Power BI or modern

BI tools. Conduct deep-dive analytics on admissions, leads, conversions, class performance,

and operational KPIs. Track centre-wise performance and identify improvement opportunities.

Own weekly reports, forecasting models, and month-end business reviews.

Data Management & Modelling: Write and optimise SQL queries to extract & clean large

datasets. Use Python for data preprocessing and advanced analysis. Ensure data accuracy

and create structured datasets for scalable reporting.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work directly with the South Region Head, Centre Heads,

Sales, Academics & Operations teams. Convert business problems into analytical solutions.

Present insights with clear storytelling and actionable recommendations.

Required Skills

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or related fields.

13 years experience in Business Analytics (preferably EdTech/offline operations).

Strong skills in SQL, Python, Power BI.

Excellent analytical thinking, business acumen & stakeholder management.

Comfortable working independently as an Individual Contributor.

Good to Have

Experience with Funnel Analytics, Admissions/Enrolment Analysis, or large operations setups.

Knowledge of ETL, data warehousing, workflow automation.

Understanding of offline education metrics and student lifecycle.
