Job Purpose
Drive endtoend automation and digitalization of export processes across manufacturing
plants and corporate functions. Act as a technofunctional Business Analyst to translate
business objectives into scalable digital solutions, partnering with Manufacturing, Supply
Chain, Logistics, Finance, and Trade Compliance teams.
Responsibilities, Authorities & Accountabilities
Requirements elicitation & documentation: Prepare BRD/FRD, user stories, process
maps (ASIS/TOBE), and acceptance criteria.
Process digitalization for exports: Map and optimize workflows for ordertoexport,
documentation preparation, bookings, and compliance checks.
Solution design & configuration: Work with product/Platform teams and vendors to
configure/export automation platforms (e.g., GTAERP), portals, and integrations.
Systems integration: Define and validate integrations with ERP, WMS/TMS, trade
portals, and analytics; specify data models, APIs, and EDI specs.
Analytics & KPI visibility: Partner with analytics teams to design dashboards/metrics on
export performance and compliance.
Testing & quality: Drive SIT/UAT, test scenarios, defect triage, and signoffs; ensure
traceability from requirements to release.
Change management: Plan trainings, SOPs, and adoption activities; manage stakeholder
communications and golive readiness.
Vendor & delivery governance: Track plans, risks, and deliverables; maintain RAID logs
and weekly status; ensure secure and compliant delivery.
Support & continuous improvement: Monitor postgolive issues; identify automation
opportunities; drive iterative enhancements
Requirements, Skills & Competencies
Experience: 45 years as a Business Analyst in exports automation/digitalization with
exposure to manufacturing operations.
Technofunctional capability: Strong process knowledge plus handson with workflows,
data models, APIs/integrations, and test design.
Documentation excellence: Clear writing of BRD/FRD, SOPs, user stories, acceptance
criteria, and release notes.
Tools & platforms: Familiarity with Microsoft stack (Power BI, Power Apps, Power
Automate, SharePoint), and ERP/trade systems (SAP/Oracle/GTAERP).
Methods: Agile/Scrum; stakeholder management; vendor coordination; datadriven
decisionmaking.
Domain knowledge: Export documentation lifecycle, logistics, trade compliance, and
plant/production interfaces.
Nice to have: SQL basics, API specifications, BPMN, and experience with IIoT or
manufacturing execution systems.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Technology or equivalent; MBA (Operations/SCM)
preferred.
Professional certifications (e.g., CBAP, Agile/Scrum) are a plus
