Profile Overview:
Business Analyst cum Project Manager to work on digitalisation and drive cross-functional projects. The role combines business analysis, stakeholder management, and end-to-end project delivery to improve efficiency, transparency, and scalability across the firm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse existing business processes and identify opportunities for digitalisation and automation
- Gather, document, and translate business requirements into functional specifications
- Lead end-to-end project management including planning, execution, tracking, and delivery
- Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technology/vendor teams
- Manage timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies across multiple initiatives
- Drive change management, user adoption, and process improvement initiatives
- Track KPIs and project outcomes to ensure measurable business impact.
Key Skills & Experience:
- 5 - 7 years of experience in business analysis and project management roles
- Strong experience driving internal digital transformation or process improvement projects (preferably in finance domain)
- Hands-on experience with SDLC, Agile or hybrid project methodologies
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced professional services environment
- Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, or similar (preferred)
