Profile Overview:

Business Analyst cum Project Manager to work on digitalisation and drive cross-functional projects. The role combines business analysis, stakeholder management, and end-to-end project delivery to improve efficiency, transparency, and scalability across the firm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse existing business processes and identify opportunities for digitalisation and automation
  • Gather, document, and translate business requirements into functional specifications
  • Lead end-to-end project management including planning, execution, tracking, and delivery
  • Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technology/vendor teams
  • Manage timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies across multiple initiatives
  • Drive change management, user adoption, and process improvement initiatives
  • Track KPIs and project outcomes to ensure measurable business impact.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • 5 - 7 years of experience in business analysis and project management roles
  • Strong experience driving internal digital transformation or process improvement projects (preferably in finance domain)
  • Hands-on experience with SDLC, Agile or hybrid project methodologies
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced professional services environment
  • Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, or similar (preferred)
