Description
We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with expertise in Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance and Duck Creek software to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in analyzing business needs, optimizing processes, and ensuring the successful implementation of software solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders in the Property & Casualty insurance domain.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure Duck Creek software solutions are effectively implemented and maintained.
- Develop and document business process models and workflows to streamline operations.
- Conduct gap analysis to identify areas of improvement within existing processes and systems.
- Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure that solutions meet business needs and requirements.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to management.
Skills and Qualifications
- 5-11 years of experience in business analysis, specifically in the Property & Casualty insurance industry.
- Strong understanding of Duck Creek software and its application in insurance processes.
- Proficiency in requirements gathering and documentation techniques.
- Experience with data analysis tools and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of business process modeling and workflow analysis.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management practices.
