Role Summary
Own end-to-end business analysis for one or more initiatives. Partner with stakeholders to translate business goals into clear, testable requirements and drive delivery with confidence and accountability.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead discussions and analysis to elicit, validate, and prioritize requirements.
- Run Agile dev teams independently.
- Create and manage user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps, use cases, and wireframes.
- Facilitate backlog refinement, sprint planning, and UAT; ensure acceptance criteria are met.
- Maintain strong stakeholder communication, influence decisions, and proactively remove blockers.
- Track delivery metrics; escalate risks with mitigation options.
- Collaborate with engineering, QA, UX, data, and compliance to ensure traceability from business case requirements test cases release.
- Prepare BRDs/FRDs, release notes, and trainings, support change management.

- Confidence to drive projects end-to-end; operates with ownership and urgency.
- Demonstrated career intent (e.g., initiatives, certifications, leadership activities).

Skills & Tools
- MS Excel/PowerPoint.
- Basics of SQL/data analysis; comfort with dashboards and KPIs.
- Familiarity with wireframing.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Engineering/Technology/Business (or equivalent).
Success Measures (First 90 Days & Ongoing)
- 100% clarity and signoff on scoped features; zero critical requirement gaps in UAT.
- Stakeholder satisfaction 8/10; on-time delivery of sprint commitments.
- Improve requirement quality (defect leakage < target, rework < target).
