Business Analyst Non Tech

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Analyst Non Tech, located in Jaipur. The Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business processes, gathering business requirements, and providing recommendations to improve business performance. Day-to-day tasks include conducting research, communicating with stakeholders, documenting business requirements, and supporting various business projects.

• Strong Analytical Skills and Business Analysis experience
• Proficient in understanding and mapping Business Processes
• Excellent Communication skills for interacting with stakeholders
• Experience in gathering and documenting Business Requirements
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Experience in project management is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field
