As a Business Analyst, you will analyse complex requirements across multiple business groups and translate them into clearly documented system needs. You will ensure that enterprise architecture processes, tools, and data align with strategic business goals, supporting informed decision-making and consistent architectural governance across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse and document complex business and system requirements across diverse stakeholder groups
- Translate architectural strategies and governance requirements into actionable tool requirements and user stories
- Define, maintain, and govern core architectural metadata, standards, and acceptance criteria
- Lead and support testing activities for new EA tool features, integrations, and configuration changes
- Partner with enterprise architects and engineers to deliver EA solutions aligned with business strategy
- Produce dashboards, reports, and insights to support leadership decision-making
- Support EA tool users by gathering feedback, prioritising enhancements, and maintaining process documentation and training materials
- Ensure enterprise architecture data quality, consistency, and alignment with strategic objectives
Required Experience and Knowledge
- Relevant business analysis certification such as BAX, CPRE, or CBAP
- Hands-on experience with enterprise architecture repository tools such as Ardoq, LeanIX, or Planview Enterprise Architecture
- Strong knowledge of Application Portfolio Management, Technology Lifecycle Management, and IT Service Management
- Practical experience with EA frameworks including TOGAF
- Working knowledge of architectural and process modelling standards such as ArchiMate and BPMN
- Proven ability to analyse strategic impact, define quality standards, and establish metrics for architectural data
