Qualification:
- Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory
Experience:
- Minimum 5–7 years in healthcare / hospital industry (essential)
- Proven leadership experience in a senior finance role

- Lead financial strategy, budgeting, and forecasting
- Ensure robust financial controls, compliance, and governance
- Drive cost optimization and improve financial efficiency
- Oversee revenue cycle management, billing, and collections
- Partner with clinical and operational teams for data-driven decisions
- Manage audits, statutory compliance, and regulatory requirements
