Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in the Retail, Fashion, Apparel, or Textile domain. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and technology teams to design, analyze, and deliver IT solutions that support retail operations, merchandising, supply chain management, and omnichannel platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
Prepare business requirement documents (BRDs), functional requirement documents (FRDs), workflows, and user stories.
Coordinate with development and QA teams to ensure accurate implementation of business requirements.
Support And Enhance Retail Systems Including
- POS Systems
- ERP Platforms
- Merchandising Solutions
- Inventory Management Systems
- Supply Chain Applications
- E-commerce Platforms
Participate in UAT planning, execution, and business sign-off processes.
Analyze reports, data, and KPIs to support operational improvements and business decisions.
Ensure IT solutions align with business objectives and customer experience expectations.
Work effectively with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
Required Skills & Experience
Strong domain expertise in Retail / Fashion / Apparel / Textile industries.
Experience in PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) implementation.
Hands-on experience with retail platforms and business systems.
Good understanding of POS, ERP, merchandising, inventory management, supply chain, and e-commerce platforms.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
