This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Analyst, based in Noida. The Business Analyst will be responsible for identifying and analyzing business requirements, streamlining processes, and ensuring successful implementation of solutions. Key activities include collaborating with stakeholders, collecting and documenting business requirements, analyzing data, and providing actionable insights that align with business goals.

• Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate data, identify trends, and solve problems effectively
• Proficiency in Business Analysis and understanding of Business Processes to assess and enhance organizational systems
• Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and articulate complex processes clearly
• Experience in defining and documenting Business Requirements to guide decision-making
• Ability to work collaboratively in team environments and manage cross-functional projects
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field; advanced certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) is a plus
• Familiarity with EHS, ESG systems, or sustainability-focused software is advantageous
