Job Title: Business Analyst (CSDM / CMDB)
Experience: 5-8 Years
Working Model: Onsite or Remote
Location: Pune
Qualification: Engineer/Graduate with an IT Background

•CSDM framework expertise
• CMDB data model understanding
• Process mapping tools
• Stakeholder management
Responsibilities:
• Gather and document CMDB/CSDM requirements
• Define CI classes, relationships, and service models
• Conduct workshops with stakeholders
• Create BRDs, user stories, process flows
• Support UAT and adoption
Good-to-have Hiring Skills
• ITIL framework
• ServiceNow exposure
