Core Responsibilities
Pre-Sales Support
- Collaborate with sales and solution teams to understand client requirements.
- Prepare proposals, solution documents, business cases, and effort estimations.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and client workshops.
- Support RFPs/RFIs with detailed functional and technical inputs.
Requirement Gathering & Analysis
- Engage with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document requirements.
- Define user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics.
- Prepare BRDs, FRDs, wireframes, and workflow diagrams.
- Ensure requirement sign-off and alignment with client expectations.
Project Delivery Support (Post-Sales)
- Act as the liaison between client and technical teams during development.
- Track scope, manage change requests, and ensure proper documentation.
- Validate deliverables against agreed requirements and quality standards.
- Conduct UAT sessions and obtain formal client acceptance.
Client Relationship Management
- Build trusted partnerships with clients and act as a single point of contact.
- Anticipate client needs and provide consultative guidance.
- Ensure high client satisfaction through regular feedback and updates.
Process & Documentation Excellence
- Maintain and standardize requirement documents, templates, and BA processes.
- Ensure compliance with industry best practices and organizational standards.
- Mentor junior analysts and support continuous improvement.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with product managers, UI/UX teams, architects, and QA.
- Ensure seamless handover from pre-sales to delivery teams.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to build case studies and solution decks.
Must-Have Skills Technical & Domain Skills
- Strong understanding of web and mobile application development lifecycle.
- Experience in creating BRDs, FRDs, wireframes, user journeys, and mockups.
- Hands-on with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Figma, Balsamiq, MS Visio.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and sprint ceremonies.
- Experience in RFP/RFI response management and effort estimation.
- Knowledge of APIs, integrations, and system architecture basics.

Experience Requirements
- 10 to 15 years of professional experience, with significant exposure in Business Analysis for IT services (web & mobile apps).
- Minimum 3 5 years of client-facing pre-sales experience.
- Proven track record of leading requirements gathering for large-scale projects.
KPIs / Success Metrics
Proposal Win Rate:
- % of proposals/RFPs converted into projects.
- Requirement Accuracy: % of requirements delivered without major rework.
- Client Satisfaction Score (CSAT): Feedback ratings from clients.
- Delivery Alignment: On-time, in-scope, and quality-verified deliverables.
- Cross-Team Collaboration Score: Feedback from delivery, sales, and product teams.
