Senior Conga CPQ Business Analyst

Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Conga CPQ Business Analyst to join a global Pharma/MedTech organisation on a long-term transformation programme. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving Quote-to-Cash process improvements, gathering business requirements, and supporting the ongoing evolution of the Conga CPQ platform within a complex global environment.
Essential Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst delivering enterprise transformation and system implementation projects.
- Minimum 7 years of hands-on Conga CPQ experience.
- Strong experience working within Salesforce and Conga ecosystems.
- Deep understanding of Quote-to-Cash (Q2C), Lead-to-Cash (L2C), Pricing, Quoting, Contract Management, Order Management, and Billing processes.
- Experience working with SAP SD and integration points into SAP FI and MM.
- Proven experience gathering requirements, facilitating workshops, and translating business requirements into functional specifications.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage business and technical teams at all levels.
- Experience supporting UAT, testing, deployment, and change management activities.
- Experience working within large global organisations and complex transformation programmes.
Responsibilities
- Lead business analysis activities across Conga CPQ initiatives and enhancements.
- Facilitate workshops with Commercial, Sales, Finance, Pricing, Operations, and IT stakeholders.
- Gather, document, and analyse business requirements and process improvements.
- Create functional specifications, user stories, process maps, and business documentation.
- Support end-to-end Quote-to-Cash processes and identify optimisation opportunities.
- Collaborate with Salesforce, Conga, SAP, and integration teams to deliver scalable solutions.
- Support testing, defect resolution, UAT, training, and go-live activities.
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams.
- Ensure solutions align with business objectives and industry best practices.
Preferred Experience
- Pharma, Life Sciences, or MedTech industry experience.
- Conga CLM experience.
- SAP S/4HANA exposure.
- Salesforce Sales Cloud experience.
- Agile/Scrum delivery experience.
- Experience working within regulated GxP environments.
