We are inviting applications for the role of Business Analyst, Marketing Analyst
Responsibilities
Marcom Support
.Market & Consumer Research: Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to understand voice of the customer behaviour, buying habits, preferences, and demographics.
.Data Analysis: Gather, analyze, and interpret complex data sets using various tools and techniques to identify patterns and insights.
.Trend Identification: Monitor market trends, economic conditions, and competitor activities to forecast future opportunities and challenges.
.Strategy Development: Provide data-backed insights and recommendations to inform marketing strategy, product development, pricing, and promotional campaigns.
.Reporting: Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings, market insights, and strategy recommendations to stakeholders.
.Performance Monitoring: Track the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and sales strategies to measure impact and identify areas for improvement.
.MQL Assessment: Attribute-based validation of inbound leads to assess MQL worthiness to proceed onto becoming an SQL for sales to further nurture.
.Continuously monitor market trends, competitors activities, and consumer preferences change to adjust marketing strategies.
.Segment the target audience through market research based on various demographics, behaviors and preferences.
.Act as a liaison between different departments to monitor project progress and alignment with the goal.
.Encouraging open communication and idea sharing to motivate employees and to resolve challenges or issues arising during project execution.
.Track campaign performance indicators and modify spending to maximize expenses and optimize outcomes.
.Gather and analyze stakeholders feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum qualifications
.BA/BS or equivalent working experience
.B2B experience
.Marketing background with good written English
.Excellent communication skills
.Experience in creating digital ads, video and static across social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, WhatsApp, e-mail and display
.Good understanding of digital marketing KPIs - knowing how to prioritize and differentiate between key leading KPI's and generic indicators
.Team player attitude with ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
.Experience working across different time zones preferred
.Experience working remotely
.Self-starter and driven with a can do attitude
.Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Preferred qualifications
.Knowledge of Marketo/Eloqua
.Can work cross functionally in many areas without being constrained by your job function.
.An ability to interact and communicate effectively with others at all levels of the organization with diplomacy and tact.
.Experience within B2B Marketing atmosphere
.Demonstrated analytical skills and the ability to think outside of the box.
.Experience in training junior campaign developers and driving innovative ideas for elevating our marketing standards
