We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Salesforce Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of business processes along with Salesforce ecosystem knowledge.
This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, identifying opportunities for improvement, and supporting the implementation of Salesforce-based solutions to enhance business performance.
Key Responsibilities;
- Gather and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and research.
- Perform gap analysis to identify areas for process improvement and system enhancements.
- Translate business needs into clear, concise functional requirements and user stories.
- Prepare detailed documentation including SRS (Software Requirement Specification) and FRD (Functional Requirement Document).
- Develop business cases and proposals to support new initiatives and enhancements.
- Create use cases, process flows, and wireframes to visualize solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, and product managers to define project scope and priorities.
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment.
- Support Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
- Conduct system testing (UAT) to validate solutions against business requirements.
- Provide training, documentation, and ongoing support to end users.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and recommend improvements.
- Stay updated with Salesforce features, releases, and industry best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience in requirement gathering and analysis
- Expertise in Gap Analysis and Proposal Writing
- Hands-on experience in SRS / FRD documentation
- Proficiency in creating Use Cases, User Stories, and Wireframes
- Good understanding of Agile methodologies
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and manage priorities
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working on Salesforce CRM (Sales Cloud / Service Cloud)
- Knowledge of Salesforce workflows, reports, dashboards, and automation tools
- Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar
- Basic understanding of APIs and integrations
