Business Analyst

Purpose of the Job

We are looking for a Business Analyst with strong domain expertise in the Insurance industry, particularly in Fraud, Risk, and Audit functions. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, product managers, and engineering teams to define and deliver technology solutions that enhance fraud detection, risk monitoring, underwriting efficiency, and compliance across Health and General Insurance. This role requires a combination of business analysis skills, insurance domain knowledge, and the ability to translate complex business problems into scalable software solutions.

Roles & Responsibilitie

• sCollaborate with business users and stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
• .Understand business challenges in Fraud, Risk, Audit, Underwriting, and Claims, and recommend technology-driven solutions
• .Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), user stories, process flows, use cases, and acceptance criteria
• .Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for automation, process optimization, and digital transformation
• .Work closely with Product Managers and Engineering teams throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• .Support solution design by defining business rules, workflows, validation logic, and functional specifications
• .Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), System Integration Testing (SIT), and production validation
• .Assist in prioritizing product features based on business value and customer impact
• .Prepare reports, dashboards, and business insights using operational and fraud-related data
• .Facilitate stakeholder meetings, product demonstrations, and user training sessions
• .Ensure delivered solutions meet business objectives, regulatory requirements, and quality standards
