We're looking for a confident, client-facing Business Analyst to join one of our clients in Mumbai (Thane).

Location: Mumbai (Thane) – 5 days Work From Office

Interview Process: 2 rounds (Face-to-Face, same day)

What we're looking for:

3–5 years of experience in a business-facing BA role

Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills

Ability to gather requirements and translate them into actionable insights

Exposure to AI / Analytics projects (preferred)

Confidence to interact with clients and business teams independently

What you'll do:

• Work closely with clients to understand business needs and objectives

• Gather, analyze, and document requirements through discussions and workshops

• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and tech teams

• Prepare presentations, reports, and functional documentation

• Support project planning, tracking, and risk management

• Contribute to presales activities and proposal building

• Be part of AI-led initiatives and innovative solution development
