Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Analyze current state processes and identify business requirements.
Define future state processes and business solutions.
Elicit, document, and validate requirements; create user stories, acceptance criteria (Definition of Done).
Collaborate with Product Owners to finalize Product Backlogs.
Provide support for testing, business readiness, and deployment.
Work with tools such as JIRA and Confluence for requirement tracking and documentation.
Query databases (SQL, AWS) to support requirement gathering and validation.
Apply domain expertise in Asset & Wealth Management, including front office processes such as research, ratings, portfolio management, and trading.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders across business and technology teams.
