About the role:

-We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Senior Business Analyst / Consultant to support the growth and delivery of our Supply Chain practice.

- The role combines business analysis, consulting, solutioning, presales support, and client engagement across supply chain transformation and technology initiatives.

- You will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams, helping clients define supply chain challenges, translate them into clear requirements, and design practical, scalable, technology-enabled solutions.

- This role is ideal for someone with strong supply chain domain knowledge, structured thinking, client-facing confidence, and the ability to work across presales, discovery, design, and implementation phases.

Tasks/ Responsibilities

- Support end-to-end presales activities for supply chain transformation and technology engagements, including RFP/RFI responses, proposals, solution narratives, assumptions, delivery approaches, and effort estimates.

- Work with sales, practice leadership, solution architects, and delivery teams to create compelling client proposals, business cases, offering materials, solution decks, and executive-level presentations.

- Contribute to the development of new supply chain service offerings, accelerators, frameworks, and reusable consulting assets.

- Participate in client meetings, discovery workshops, demos, solution walkthroughs, design sessions, and executive readouts.

- Lead or support requirements gathering sessions with client stakeholders across supply chain functions.

- Analyze current-state processes, identify gaps, pain points, risks, and opportunities for improvement.

- Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, process flows, business rules, use cases, acceptance criteria, and solution specifications.

- Conduct fit-gap analysis between business requirements and platform capabilities.

- Support the definition of future-state processes, operating models, KPIs, dashboards, reporting needs, and analytics requirements.

- Collaborate with solution architects, technical teams, product teams, implementation partners, and delivery teams to design supply chain planning and execution solutions powered by data and analytics.

- Support functional design, configuration discussions, integration requirements, data requirements, testing, deployment planning, UAT preparation, test case development, defect triage, and business validation.

- Ensure that proposed solutions align with business objectives, industry best practices, and technology platform capabilities.

- Facilitate communication between business users, IT, operations, leadership stakeholders, and technical teams.

- Build strong relationships with client stakeholders and communicate complex business and technology concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Manage competing stakeholder priorities and support decision-making through structured analysis, clear recommendations, and strong documentation.

What We're Looking For:

- 6–10+ years of experience in business analysis, consulting, supply chain transformation, or technology implementation roles.

- Strong knowledge of one or more supply chain areas, such as demand planning, supply planning, S&OP/IBP, inventory, procurement, logistics, warehousing, order management, or supply chain visibility.

- Experience in client-facing consulting work, including discovery sessions, workshops, requirements gathering, stakeholder interviews, and solution discussions.

- Hands-on experience with business analysis activities: process mapping, requirements documentation, fit-gap analysis, functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, test scenarios, and UAT support.

- Experience contributing to presales, RFP/RFI responses, proposals, solution presentations, or consulting offerings.

- Good understanding of ERP, planning systems, data platforms, analytics, reporting, and integration layers.

- Ability to work with technical teams on data, analytics, integration, reporting, configuration, and system requirements.

- Familiarity with supply chain planning or enterprise platforms is a strong plus, e.g. o9, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, SAP IBP/S/4HANA, Oracle SCM Cloud, Anaplan, E2open, Manhattan, Coupa/Ariba, Power BI, or Tableau.

- Strong PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Lucidchart, Visio, or similar tool skills, with the ability to create polished client-facing materials.

- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and workshop facilitation skills.

- Ability to translate business problems into practical, technology-enabled solutions.

- Strong ownership, attention to detail, commercial awareness, and ability to work across presales, solutioning, and delivery phases.

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, Information Systems, Operations Management, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

Master's/MBA or relevant certifications such as APICS CPIM/CSCP, PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum, SAP IBP/S/4HANA, o9, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, or Lean Six Sigma.
