Zafin Business Analyst

• Act as a strong Business Analyst supporting Zafin product implementation and configuration.

• Guide and support configuration of Zafin Product Catalogue, Rates, and Fees modules.

• Work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.

• Support packaging and customization activities during Zafin implementation projects.

• Ensure quality assurance activities are performed across configurations and business solutions.

• Collaborate with technical and functional teams to ensure smooth product deployment.

• Validate business rules, workflows, and configurations against client requirements.

• Participate in testing cycles and ensure delivered solutions meet business expectations.

• Provide functional expertise and support during end-to-end implementation lifecycle.

• Ensure alignment of business processes with Zafin product capabilities.

• Assist in resolving functional issues and supporting production environments.
