Job Description
Business Analyst with strong Private Credit and Books & Records expertise to centrally oversee security master data integrity across IBOR, data hubs, warehouses, and downstream risk/reporting systems. The role will focus on root-cause remediation of data inconsistencies, source-of-truth definition, and implementation of sustainable data quality controls.
Key Responsibilities
Govern security master and deal-level data across platforms
Define attribute-level source of truth (coupon, maturity, reset logic, identifiers)
Perform cross-system reconciliations and data lineage analysis
Drive permanent resolution of recurring reference data issues
Partner with investment, operations, risk, and technology teams
Support strategic data platform consolidation initiatives
Required Experience
8+ years in asset management / private credit / capital markets
Strong knowledge of private credit instruments and lifecycle
Experience with IBOR systems and enterprise data warehouses
Strong SQL and data analysis skills
Proven track record in reconciliation and root-cause remediation
