Job Description:

• We are looking for an experienced Technical Business Analyst with strong exposure to the Banking domain and MuleSoft integrations.
• The candidate should be skilled in requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation, with hands-on experience in mapping sheets and integration-related artifacts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements from stakeholders
• Prepare mapping sheets, functional specifications, and interface documents
• Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams (MuleSoft/API teams)
• Understand banking processes and translate them into system requirements   
• Support MuleSoft-based integrations by providing clear BA artifacts
• Participate in discussions, walkthroughs, and requirement validation sessions

Key Skills:

• Strong Business Analysis skills in the Banking domain
• Experience with MuleSoft concepts and integration flows
• Expertise in mapping sheets, data mappings, and requirement documents
• Good understanding of APIs, system integrations, and SDLC
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Good to Have:

•   Prior experience in BFSI integration projects
•   Exposure to Agile/Scrum environments
